Shipping origin and order processing
MOOKARDILANE ships orders from China to international destinations. Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after they are placed.
Estimated delivery to the United States
Orders to the United States typically arrive within 2–3 weeks from the date the order is placed. This estimate includes order processing time.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on stock availability, the destination, the shipping carrier, and customs clearance. Delivery times for destinations outside the United States vary.
Shipping charges
- Orders over US$59 to the United States, Canada and eligible European destinations: free standard shipping is available at checkout.
- Orders of US$59 or less, or orders to other destinations: shipping charges are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and applicable shipping rates.
- Paid expedited shipping, where available, is charged separately and is not included in this free standard shipping offer.
Eligible free standard shipping destinations
United States and Canada, plus the following European countries and regions: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Andorra, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Belarus, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Russia, San Marino, Ukraine, Vatican City, Kosovo, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Jersey, Svalbard & Jan Mayen.
The minimum qualifying order value is US$59.01. An order of exactly US$59.00 does not qualify.
Shipping confirmation and delayed orders
Once your order is dispatched, it will be marked “Shipped” and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If your United States order has not arrived within 3 weeks of the order date, please email info@mookardilane.com with your order number so we can help.
Import and customs fees
Any additional import or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect addresses and undeliverable packages
If your order is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address or because the shipping carrier could not deliver your package, MOOKARDILANE can re-ship or refund your order. Additional shipping charges apply if the order is re-shipped.

Returns
MOOKARDILANE strives for a quick, easy, and positive return experience and has established the following guidelines in the event a purchase must be returned or exchanged:
Occasionally, a mistake in shipment could occur. If this does happen, and you receive the incorrect goods, MOOKARDILANE will provide a refund or resend the correct goods.
We do accept returns of erroneous goods provided they are:
In good, saleable condition.
In original packaging with seals intact.
MOOKARDILANE customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If we receive your order returned undeliverable due to incorrect address or the shipping carrier was unable to deliver your package, MOOKARDILANE will gladly re-ship or refund your order. If your order is re-shipped, additional shipping charges will be required.
Refunds
All refunds are provided through the payment provider you chose at checkout.
Damaged Items
If you receive your order damaged, contact MOOKARDILANE within 24 hours. We will require photographic evidence of the damage so that we may make a claim with the shipping courier. Please keep all packaging in the event the courier requires this for the damage claim. These steps must be followed to ensure the courier accepts liability and to avoid any disputes.
