What does MOOKARDILANE sell?

MOOKARDILANE designs and manufactures at-home beauty and skincare devices, including:

What is the difference between the K7, T9, and S5 pens?

  • K7 — Compact wireless pen with five-speed control; a straightforward everyday choice. Recommended cartridge series: 7701 or 7704.
  • T9 — Digital six-speed display for clearer speed feedback. Recommended cartridge series: 7701 or 7704.
  • S5 — Higher motor range and a deeper maximum depth setting (up to about 3.00 mm on the S5 platform). Recommended cartridge series: 7705 or 7704.

Colorways (for example Black, Pink, Grey, Golden, Blue, Gold) share the same platform specs within each model family. Always check the product page for the exact plug type and what’s in the box.

Do you sell derma stamps as well as pens?

Yes. MOOKARDILANE also offers manual derma stamps with adjustable needle depth. Stamps are a simple, non-motorized option for spot areas; pens are better when you want powered, even strokes over larger zones.

Can I reuse a needle cartridge?

Cartridges are intended for a single session. Fresh tips feel smoother and support better at-home hygiene. Never share cartridges between people.

What pin layouts are available?

Within each series you will usually find single-pin, multi-pin, higher needle-count, and nano-style options. Pick a layout that matches the area and feel you prefer, then check the product page for details on the series you choose (7701, 7704 or 7705).

Getting Started

How do I start with a MOOKARDILANE pen?

Keep the first sessions simple and gentle:

  • Read the guide that comes with your model
  • Charge the device fully before first use
  • Attach a new cartridge from your chosen series (7701, 7704 or 7705)
  • Cleanse skin, apply a thin hydrating serum, and start on a shallow depth
  • Keep the pen moving with light, overlapping strokes—do not press hard or linger in one spot
  • Afterward, keep skincare calm (hydrate, SPF) and give your skin rest between sessions

What should I avoid during a session?

  • Eyelids, lips, open cuts, active breakouts, and moles
  • Thick oils or heavy makeup while the pen is gliding
  • Aggressive depth settings if you are new to microneedling pens

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

MOOKARDILANE ships orders from China to international destinations through a range of shipping partners. Delivery times vary by destination, stock, and customs clearance.

How long will my order take?

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. United States orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks from the date the order is placed, including processing time. Delivery times for other destinations vary.

Once your package is dispatched, the order is marked “Shipped” and you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If your United States order has not arrived within 3 weeks of placing it, email info@mookardilane.com with your order number.

These timeframes are estimates and depend on stock availability, carrier operations, and customs clearance.

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping is available for orders over US$59 delivered to the United States, Canada and eligible European destinations, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. The minimum qualifying order value is US$59.01; an order of exactly US$59.00 does not qualify.

Who pays import or customs fees?

Any additional import or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

What if my package is undeliverable or went to the wrong address?

If a shipment returns as undeliverable because of an incorrect address or because the carrier could not deliver it, we can re-ship or refund the order. Re-shipping may require additional shipping charges. Double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive incorrect goods, contact us. We can provide a refund or resend the correct items when the return is in good, saleable condition, in the original packaging with seals intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on erroneous-goods returns as described in our shipping policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact MOOKARDILANE within 24 hours of receiving a damaged shipment. We will need clear photos of the damage so we can work with the courier. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

What is your money-back / change-of-mind window?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive your goods. For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused and in a resalable condition, returned in the original packaging with included accessories. Because of hygiene considerations for some beauty devices, change-of-mind returns must be unopened with seals intact. Change-of-mind returns are sent back at the customer’s cost. Contact us first to receive a return authorization.

How long is the limited warranty?

In addition to the 30-day money-back window, MOOKARDILANE offers a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. It covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

What does the warranty not cover?

The limited warranty does not cover problems that are not caused by defects in material or workmanship—for example damage after delivery, alterations to the product, or items that have been dropped or broken.

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds are issued through the same payment method you used at checkout. Full details live on our Refunds & Returns and Shipping pages.

Care & Hygiene

How should I care for my pen and tips?

  • Use a new cartridge for each session; never share tips
  • Follow your model’s cleaning and storage notes; keep the device and spare tips clean and dry when stored
  • Charge and handle the handpiece as described in the manual
  • Replace cartridges regularly—dull or reused tips feel less comfortable
  • Optional disposable pen covers can help keep the grip cleaner during use

Any aftercare basics?

  • Keep the routine simple after a session: hydrate and soothe
  • Use daily SPF and ease up on long sun exposure while skin looks pink or sensitive
  • Skip harsh scrubs and strong actives for several days if your skin feels reactive
  • Allow rest days between sessions so your routine stays comfortable
